Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

You will receive an additional email with the tracking information of your shipment.You can always check the status of your order by clicking on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bars located on the top and bottom of the shop. I will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.



Returns & Exchanges:


If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Please contact us at to help you with the process. It is essential that you contact us IMMEDIATELY, as well as documenting the damage with photographs of the item, shipping box and any original packing material. We will use these photos to determine if the damage is the fault of the craftsperson/artisan, or of the shipping company.

For freight deliveries, you MUST be present to inspect your items. If there is any damage we MUST be notified immediately, and you should not sign off and accept damaged merchandise from the driver unless it is noted on the freight shipping paperwork. With the proper documentation, we will be able to order a replacement item to be sent or issue a refund and have the item returned. Do not discard the packing materials and shipping box, as these will be required to process the return.


Original artworks are uniquely made at the time you place your order, and are not returnable. Please double check your room and doorway measurements before ordering a large, made-to-order artwork piece as it will not be returnable if it does not fit.


Every LP ÆKILI art item is produced after an order is placed by a collector, because of this process I can not allow exchanges. Returns are accepted only if you contact me and ship the item(s) back unused and undamaged in its original condition and packaging within seven (7) days from the delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return item to reach me may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s). I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within thirty (30) days. all the money will be reimbursed except of any shipping fees paid in the addition to the production costs of the POD merchandise (Printed on Demand).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund after thirty (30) days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
